The short version: I’m meeting most of my boyfriend’s family next week for spring break. I would like to bake something to bring them.
The rules: It must transport well. I’m taking it on a three hour flight.

Fried eggs are like crack for me. I love my eggs fried with just a teensy amount of yolk still running. That way, when I put them on sandwiches, the yolk is the “dressing” (in place of mayo, mustard…)
This was one of my first foodie triumphs (after watching the movie Julie and Julia, of course). What is your signature dish?
